Rick is a recognized speaker and guest lecturer in financial planning at corporations and universities across the country. His career began in corporate finance where he rapidly progressed to the position of Treasurer in a Fortune 500 financial services organization. In this capacity he was responsible for in-depth analysis on a multitude of privately held, closely held businesses, assisting the owners in business and personal planning. Upon leaving the corporate environment, he established Equity Development Corporation to specialize in planning for the needs of business owners, professionals, and retired and near-retired individuals. In his spare time Rick enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, skiing, fishing, and camping.
